The most-common things customers ask before they book a mobile detail.

How long does each service take?

Express Detail is about 1 hour 15 minutes for a sedan. Platinum (either focus) runs roughly 2 hours 30 minutes. Showroom is our flagship at around 3 hours 30 minutes. Mid SUVs and full-size trucks add 15-30 minutes.

Do you need water or power access at my home?

We bring our own water tank and a portable power setup, so technically no. That said, if you have a regular outdoor outlet available it speeds things up, and a working hose hookup is appreciated for the longer Showroom job.

Do you service apartments and condos?

Yes — as long as your complex allows detailing in their lot or covered garage. We've worked extensively in Galveston Seawall condos and League City complexes. Just check with your office first; some require advance notice.

What happens if it rains?

We monitor the forecast and reach out the day before if we need to reschedule. There's no charge for weather-related rescheduling. Light overcast or post-rain conditions are usually fine — we'll let you know.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Cash App. Payment is collected at the end of service, not upfront.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free reschedule with 12+ hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be charged a $25 trip fee since we've blocked the time and committed the route.

Do you detail boats, RVs, or motorcycles?

Currently we're focused on cars, SUVs, and trucks. Text us if you have a specific request and we'll let you know if we can fit it.

How often should I detail my vehicle?

For most drivers: an Express Detail every 4-6 weeks plus a Platinum or Showroom twice a year. Galveston Island and Kemah waterfront vehicles benefit from more frequent ceramic spray refreshes — every 3-4 months.

Can you remove pet hair, smoke smell, or stains?

Yes to all three. Pet hair is a $40 add-on. Smoke and severe odors are handled by the Ozone Treatment ($60) paired with an interior shampoo. Stains are part of every Platinum and Showroom service.

Do you offer paint correction or ceramic coating?

Paint correction is quote-only — text or call with photos and we'll give you a number. Multi-year ceramic coatings are a separate service from our included ceramic spray sealant; ask and we'll quote that too.

Where exactly do you service?

All of Galveston County, TX: Texas City, Galveston, League City, Friendswood, Dickinson, La Marque, Santa Fe, Hitchcock, and Kemah. If you're just outside the line, text READY to (409) 256-2050 and we'll see what we can do.

How do I know you'll do a great job?

Check the gallery for before/after pulls and the reviews page for what other customers have said. The final walk-around is part of every service — we don't pack up until you've inspected the work and signed off.
